Booking policy
Booking policy for individuals and groups in Guesthouse Árný
Creditcard number is always required when individuals are booking, as well as the name and number of guests and the arrival and departure time at the guesthouse (date and time of flight if necessary).
In case of single booking, if the guest needs to cancel the booking for any reasons, the cancellation should reach Guesthoues Árný at least 48 hours before arrival.
Cancellation for travel agency and groups should reach Guesthouse Árný at least 6 weeks before arrival.
If the cancellation is not made 48 hours ( for single booking )
6 Weeks ( for groups booking ) is the booking not refund.
In every other ways the booking will be payed 90% back.
Check in time at the Guesthoues is 13:00. Departure time is 11:00 (for groups departure time is 10:00).
Over ( Þjóðhátið Festival, Shellmót / Pæjumót Fotball competition and End of eruption festival) there is no refund and there are any changes it will have to take place one month before
